Terms of Service

Thanks for taking an interest in my art!
The following are the Terms of Service for my commissions. If you have any questions or need clarification, send me an email - [email protected]

General

,monthstoguarantee- I want your illustration to fit your vision as best as I can! The more reference images the better. If there are no references, there may be an extra fee. (Similar to that of Extra Details, refer to the Prices section for more information)
- The time a commission may take varies vastly, thus there is no set time frame for any piece. Nevertheless, I will try and finish it within two month. This is not a gaurantee. I appreciate your patience in the process.
- I will send a minimum of 3-5 updates throughout the process, the key ones including the sketch, the colouring/rendering & final touches. You may ask for updates if you'd like.

NOTE: If you have any questions concerning what I’m open to drawing, contact me. If I don’t accept your commission, it may be due to it not following these guidelines.

Payment / Refund Policy :

,- All payments must be fulfilled before I begin the commission. There are no exceptions.
- ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL, an invoice will be sent to you.
- Full Refunds are available until the illustration's lineart/clean sketch has been added. Revisions may be an option [see below].
- After colours have been added, you will only receive a 50% refund. Any stage thereafter will not be eligible for any refunds.
- I will allow three revisions to the illustration [after lineart/clean sketch has been added, no revisions will be accepted. This excludes changes to tone or colour in certain cases]. However, these may not be major, such as modifications to the pose or outfit. Acceptable revisions may include but are not limited to : facial expressions, change of colour to a portion of the illustration, basic accessories... etc. You may contact me to ask about revisions.
- More major revisions can be discussed in the sketch phase [see above 'General']

These general rules will be sent in the TOS of the invoice sent. Note that by paying the fee in full, you are agreeing to these conditions. No partial payments will be accepted.

Credits & Sharing

- You're more than welcome to post and share your commission online with the proper credit to me.
- There is a very strong chance I'll post your commission on my social media accounts. If you would like me to refrain from doing this, let me know :)COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THESE GUIDELINES. Any commercial use is prohibited. If you are looking to have something done for Commercial use, email me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q : Where’d the name « Pleuviee » come from?

A : I’m glad you asked! Pleuviee is a name I came up with in 2018, when I was hoping to start publishing more of my art [at the time it was candyhamster… which is a point in time I’d rather forget (இ﹏இ`｡) ]. The name derives from the verb « Pleuvoir » in French, which translates to « to rain » in English. Initially, I had hoped to have the name « Rainee », which proved to be slightly unoriginal, thus I switched it up a bit. [thanks to bring fluent in French ;) ]

Q : What Program/Setup do you use?

A :
Current - Procreate/Clip Studio Paint & iPad Pro 11" 4th Gen
Previous - Procreate & iPad 6th Gen

Q : What Brushes do you use?

A : Unfortunately, I do not have set brushes I use in Clip Studio Paint, HOWEVER, there are some I frequent in ProcreateI use [and have used] many different brushes! My art style is always changing, and I tend to mix it up within each illustration. When I use Procreate, my most used brushes are Jingsketch's "Procreate Brushes: Complete Collection v2.0". Please take a moment to check out his brushes on Gumroad!Currently, I use one brush for most of, if not the entierty of my illustrations. I edited a brush named "SAI Brush Lineart And Shading" to my liking.

Q : Can I repost your art or use it as a profile picture?

A: You're more than welcome to use my art as a profile picture or background, all I ask is to please leave the signature/watermark on it. This goes for other personal uses as well.I'm comfortable with my art being reposted, with the conditions that I am fully credited [linked, @... etc.].

Q : Can you draw [ ]? / Are you taking requests?

A : I'm currently quite busy, however, feel free to send me a message and I may feel inspired by your request or Commission!

Frequently asked Questions regarding Commissions

Q : When will you open commissions [again]?

A : Commissions may reopen at any time, to stay updated check my socials. I'll post about it when they are back open. My life is ever changing, so I can't be sure when they'll reopen.

Q : How long will my commission take?

A : There is no set time frame. Every commission is different, and as I'm continuing to practice and improve as an illustrator, some commissions may be more difficult then others. There are many factors in how long a commission may take.

Q : Can I commission [ ]?

A : Check the commissions TOS.

Q : Why did you deny my commission request?

A : I apologize if I didn’t accept your commission. It may be because I don’t feel confident or comfortable drawing your request. Otherwise, it is most likely against what I’ll draw listed in the TOS.

- Detailed outfits
- Complex or long hair
- Jewelry or Metals (ie. gold)
- Any Animals or pets
**- Hands are considered extra in all headshots, and if they're holding an item in all other cases.
